Who Can Help?
Our teachers, administration, and lay leadership care very much about each child at Hillel Academy. Should you have an issue or concern about your child, please bring your concern to the people listed below, in the order detailed. They can best answer your questions or deal with the matter at hand. Please keep this list handy so that you may contact the appropriate person to help with your needs.
The first person to speak to is ALWAYS the teacher. You can leave a message for the teacher in the Office (521-8131) and expect a return call within 24-hours. Teachers also have e-mail addresses that should have been shared in their introductory letters.
If after meeting with the teacher the issue is not resolved, then the next step would be to meet with the teacher’s administrator: Rabbi Moshe Isaacs, Judaic Studies (Ext. 212)
Other Departments
Special Needs Services (Ext 209) Leah Kohanbash
In all areas, if your concern has not been addressed adequately by bringing your question or concern to the faculty and staff listed above, you may then address the question or concern to the following people, in this order:
Rabbi Moshe Isaacs
School President
